These Pasta al Ceppo are made with high quality dumur wheat extruded through bronze molds and dried at low temperature. Their shape reminds of cinnamon sticks. If these Pasta al Ceppo are relatively hard to find, they are great with sauces with small pieces, and will be fantastic in pasta salads or oven dish.
